Who we are

Craftee CreeAshins (“we”, “us”) publishes consumer apps under the craftee.co.za brand. This policy explains what information our apps collect and how we use it.

Chomp 'N Sort

Chomp 'N Sort is a single-player puzzle game. It is designed to work without advertising SDKs and without requiring an account.

Information we store on your device

The app saves progress and preferences locally on your device, for example:

• Level progress, coins, and unlocks
• Language and settings (sound, motion preferences, Toddler Mode)
• Equipped scenery and optional photo backgrounds you choose

This data stays on your device unless you back up your device with Apple, Google, or another service you control. We do not operate a Craftee account system that syncs this data to our servers.

Photos (optional)

If you grant photo library permission, you may pick images to use as in-game scenery. Photos are read on-device for display only. We do not upload your photos to Craftee servers.

Analytics, advertising & tracking

Chomp 'N Sort does not include Google Ads / AdMob, third-party advertising networks, or cross-app tracking SDKs. We do not sell personal information.

Purchases

If in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Children

The game includes a Toddler Mode for gentler play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or profiling. Parents can restrict purchases via device Screen Time / Family controls.

App Store & Play Store

Apple and Google may collect information when you download or use the app, according to their own privacy policies. That collection is outside Craftee CreeAshins’ control.

Changes

We may update this policy when our apps change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
